Registration for Auction as a Company
We require the following documents when you intend to register for one of our auctions in your personal capacity:

Registered buyer's identity document copy

Copy of utility bill with current residential address (not older than 3 months)

Copy of the identity document of representative (if applicable)
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING AUCTION OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
The condition and existence of the improvements are not guarenteed and/or no warranty is given in respect thereof and are sold "voetstoots".

The purchaser shall pay auctioneer's commission subject to a maximum and minimum.

A deposit of 10% of purchase price immediately on demand by the sheriff. The balance of purchase price and any such interest payable, shall be paid to the sheriff against transfer and shall be secured by a bank guarantee. to be approved by the plaintiff's attorney, which shall be furnished to the sheriff within 21 days after the date of sale.

The rules of auction are available 24 hours prior to the auction at the office of the sheriff.
Registration as buyer is a pre-requisite subject to conditions, inter alia:

FICA-Legislation - Proof of Identity and Address Particulars

Registration Conditions - a deposit of R10 000.00 is required upon registration and registration form to be completed before the auction.
The aforementioned shall be subject to the Conditions of Sale which may be inspected at the office of the Sheriff Thabazimbi.
We require the following documents when you intend to register for one of our auctions as a buyer on behalf of a Company:

Copy of utility bill with current business address (not older than 3 months)

Resolution letter confirming the registered representative(s) can buy on behalf of the company

SARS letter with VAT number (notice of registration)

Owner(s)' ID copy (all members)

Proof of private residential address of all member's

Proxy details

Proxy's ID copy

Copy of original CK/CM documents
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE DEEMED COMPLETE UNTIL ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ARE RECEIVED BY OUR PERSONNEL.
Printouts such as WINDEED, DEED SEARCH etc WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Registration for Auction as a Partnership
We require the following documents when you intend to register for one of our auctions as a buyer on behalf of a Partnership:

Copy of the partnership agreement

Copies of all partner's ID's

Copies of all partner's proof of residential address'

SARS letter with VAT number

Copy of proof of business address

Resolution letter (authorising representative to buy on behalf of company)

Registration for Auction as a Trust
We require the following documents when you intend to register for one of our auctions as a buyer on behalf of a Trust:

Copy of the Trust Deed

Letter of authority issued by the master of the High Court

Authorization letter to buy on behalf of trust

Tax clearance certificate

Copy of identity documents of ALL trustees
-
Copies of proof of address of ALL trustees (not older than 3 months)

Copy of proof of address for the trust (not older than 3 months)

Copy of identity document of the person buying on behalf of trust
Registration for Auction as a Sole Proprietorship
We require the following documents when you intend to register for one of our auctions as a buyer on behalf of a Sole Proprietorship:

Copy of utility bill with current residential address (not older than 3 months)

Copy of the owner's ID
-
Letter on company letterhead confirming existence of business as sole proprietorship

If registered for VAT, SARS letter with VAT number
Regardless the type of entity registering for the auction, a relevant registration form has to be completed.
